Look everyone. I made lasagna for dinner and it didn’t suck and it actually looks like it is supposed to:
I made the sauce for it in a drunken stupor the night before baking it all together, which means it ended up with some beer in it. I have to drink if I’m cooking because I get so nervous about messing everything up. But the price for drinking is that I start to think that every miscellaneous ingredient in my immediate vicinity will taste good in whatever I’m cooking, like beer. Despite the beer, it was pretty tasty and I really enjoyed making it. I can’t wait to try something else.
