I’m always looking for ways to stay connected with my girlfriends abroad, so when my friend *Stahay sent an email out a couple of weeks ago with the subject line “Who’s up for this!” I immediately replied, yes.

The main idea of the challenge is to let your significant other dress you for an entire week with clothes from your own wardrobe.  I thought it would be fun and easy without realizing just how hard it would be to relinquish control of my style.  Relinquishing control is not my forte.  I had no idea that I could be uncomfortable in my own clothes. I also didn’t realize just how many new outfits could be created from my existing wardrobe.  Overall, it’s been really fun to wake up without having to think about what I’m going to wear, like having my own personal butler.  Now if I could only get him to shave my legs and make me eggs benedict every morning too…
